We help people actually use SEO software

Most platforms teach theory. We show you what to click, which reports matter, and how to interpret data without getting lost in feature bloat.

Started in 2025 when three consultants got tired of clients paying for tools they barely understood. Now we run focused sessions on Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and about fifteen other platforms that teams actually subscribe to but rarely use properly.

How we built this

Three different backgrounds, one shared frustration with software training that skips the real work.

2024 — The problem

Lena Bakker was spending hours each week explaining the same Ahrefs reports to different clients. Viktor Ruud kept seeing businesses pay for enterprise SEMrush then use it like a glorified keyword lookup. Isla Thorpe noticed agencies hiring junior staff who'd watched tutorials but couldn't actually execute a technical audit.

Early 2025 — First sessions

Started with recorded walkthroughs. Lena would share her screen and build actual link prospecting workflows. Viktor demonstrated competitive analysis without the usual feature tourism. Isla ran site audits live, explaining which errors actually mattered versus which ones you could ignore.

Mid 2025 — Pattern recognition

People kept asking the same questions across different tools. How do I export this without Excel crashing? Which metrics should I track monthly versus quarterly? What's the fastest way to spot algorithm impact? We realized tool-specific training missed the underlying patterns.

Now — Cross-tool thinking

We teach one tool deeply, then show you how those concepts transfer. Master Screaming Frog's crawl analysis, and you'll understand what Sitebulb or OnCrawl are really showing you. Get comfortable with Ahrefs backlink filtering, and Majestic or Moz start making more sense.

Tool-agnostic frameworks

Learn the analysis structure once. Apply it across Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or whatever your team uses next year.

Real project context

Every demonstration uses actual client scenarios. Migration audits, penalty recovery, content gap analysis with messy data.

Efficiency focus

We skip features you'll never touch. Show you keyboard shortcuts that save hours. Teach you which reports deserve weekly attention.

Update tracking

Tools change interfaces quarterly. We maintain updated walkthroughs so you're not following outdated screenshots from 2022.

What we actually promise

No certification theater

You get access to demonstrations and frameworks. No badges, no gamification, no completion certificates that don't mean anything.

Specific tool versions

When we record Ahrefs training, we note the interface version. When they update, we re-record affected sections within two weeks.

Honest limitations

Some tools have quirks we can't fix. GSC's data delays, Search Console's sampling, rank tracker accuracy issues. We document workarounds, not false promises.

Direct instructor access

Questions go to the person who recorded your session. Not a support queue, not a chatbot, not junior staff reading from scripts.
